Estimates are exactly that.  An estimate.  I'll give you a range of what I think it will cost.  If I start working and realize it's going to be on the higher end or that the job is more complex than initially thought, I will contact you right away.  I'll do my best to not go over my estimate, but like anything in life, sometimes it'll happen.  I do promise that while I'm working for you I'm ensuring that things are getting done correctly and safely.

I appreciate the work!  I also appreciate the feedback.  If there's something you loved or something you think could use improvement, please don't hesitate to say so.  

I also appreciate you trusting me with the work on your house.  I know that's a big ask and I pledge to treat you and all those around you with respect and courtesy.  I am committed to serving all customers regardless of race/gender/affinity and am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as Global Majority and BIPOC members of our community.  My goal is to get my work done for you in a way that is safe for all involved; that includes me.  If I'm feeling unsafe, I may have to turn down a job.  Things that can make me feel unsafe or racist signs or flags, faulty roofs or live wiring, people not respecting safety guidelines, and anything that I think may stop me from seeing my kiddo at the end of the day.  Thank you for your understanding.
