OUR SERVICES
With over 35 years construction experience (framing, concrete, basic carpentry, drywall, flooring, and fire/water damage repair) we can likely help you create that pergola or fix those stairs, fix/replace siding, tear down walls, build decks and play structures, and all sorts of other odd jobs. Maybe you need some raised beds or an activity table for a kiddo? No problem!
We try and use environmentally friendly methods for cleaning gutters and preventing moss. Each job is a little different so please call or text for an estimate.

Please note: We will not pressure wash your roof. That can void the warranty and neither one of us wants that. Buy we can help you get the moss cleaned off and under control.
Windows & Solar Panels
Windows are charged per window. You can get an estimate for just the outside or the inside/outside. All outside surfaces are cleaned with DEIONIZED water making it environmentally safe. Inside we use a combination of soap and vinegar.

Solar Panels are cleaned with deionized water and are a flat rate quote.
Painting
We can paint/stain just about anything you need. Tim specializes in interior painting needs with an extra eye for detail. At this time we cannot commit to painting a whole house, but we can put some fresh caulking in the siding where it's losing integrity and do some touchup spots.
Maintenance
Houses have lots of quirks. Sometimes they just need a little bit of care all over. We're happy to look at anything and do small maintenance jobs as well. We can patch holes in drywall, fix doors that won't hang right, replace weather stripping, and mount heavy things safely to the walls.
Unfortunately we are not licensed for electrical or plumbing jobs. Sorry about that!
WHO WE ARE
Originally hailing from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Jason moved to Bellingham, Washington 25 years ago to hike some mountains and chase some dreams. Here today still living a pretty good dream. I started this company because I wanted to be able to help folx fix what they need fixing in the right way, and hopefully have a great experience in the process. I got tired of hearing friends get the runaround from repair companies that wouldn't call them back or take the work because the job is too small. I am your neighbor and I have some skills that can usually help out. I thought it might be nice to try running my own business so that I can also be present for my young child and family here in town. My motto for this business has always been: Honesty, Hard Work, and Handshakes. Thanks for trusting me.
